We are excited for Fall Retreat 2026! This is an incredible weekend for our middle and high school teens to encounter God through worship and spiritual disciplines while building meaningful relationships with leaders and one another.

Below you will find everything you need to know about this year’s retreat, including transportation, registration, payment, and packing information.

RETREAT DETAILS

• Dates: November 6–8, 2026
• Location: Cross Oak Camp and Conference Center, 272 Jack Oak Road, St. Marys, OH 45885
• Who Can Attend: Teens currently in 6th–12th grade.

CHECK-IN & PICKUP

• Friday Check-In: Teens will check in from 4:30–4:45 PM at: The Valley Church, Piqua Campus, 1400 Seidel Parkway, Piqua, OH
• Sunday Pickup: Teens will return to The Valley Church, Piqua Campus for pickup at 12:30 PM on Sunday.
• Transportation: Valley Teens will travel by bus/van from The Valley Church, Piqua Campus to Cross Oak Camp and back.
• Please Note: Dinner will not be provided Friday night. Teens should eat dinner before arriving at the church for check-in.

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Fall Retreat is designed to create space for teens to grow deeper in their relationship with God. Fall Retreat is designed for teens who don’t know anything about Jesus yet creates depth to challenge and encourage those who are already following Jesus.
• In addition to spiritual growth, we create moments of FUN at Fall Retreat. Some of our activities include an American Ninja Warrior Course, Mud-Zone, 50-ft Slip N Slide, Archery Tag, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg!

• Early Registration — Deadline: October 12
  • Teens: $145
  • Adults: $95
• Regular Registration — Deadline: October 19
  • Teens: $170
  • Adults: $125
• Registering by October 12 saves $25 per person. Space may be limited, so we encourage families to register as soon as possible.

PAYMENT

• Upon completing registration, Pastor Jayden from the Troy Campus will send you the balance and payment link.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

Your teen’s registration includes:

• All retreat sessions and activities
• Food (Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast).
• Late-night snacks
• Fall Retreat T-shirt
• Transportation

WHAT TO BRING

Teens should bring:

• Bible
• Writing utensil
• Clothes for the weekend
• Clothing appropriate for a variety of weather conditions
• Extra cash for the snack shack
• Laundry bag
• Toiletries
• Bed linens
• Towels
• Other normal overnight necessities
• Medicine
• Some sleeping areas are separate from the shower facilities, so please plan accordingly.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

• Teens should not bring weapons, drugs, alcohol, tobacco or vaping products, fireworks, unnecessary electronics, or other inappropriate items.
• Teens will not be permitted to drive during the retreat. Any teen who drives a vehicle during the event will be sent home.
• Teens are held to a high code of conduct that they read and sign before going to Fall Retreat. Breaking that code of conduct will result in that teen being sent home from Fall Retreat.
  Retreat leadership reserves the right to confiscate inappropriate items until the end of the event.

REFUND POLICY

• Because certain retreat expenses must be paid in advance, full refunds cannot be provided.
• Cancellations made more than two weeks before the retreat will be responsible for a $50 payment.
• Cancellations made less than two weeks before the retreat will be responsible for the full registration cost.
