Stacey Widney

Stacey has attended The Valley Church since she was in Junior High and she joined our staff team in 2022. She is a Piqua native who did her undergrad work at Mount Vernon Nazarene University and graduated with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She returned to her hometown where she married her high school sweetheart, and best friend Donny. Stacey continued her education through Indiana Wesleyan University, where she received her master’s in education. She taught Kindergarten for Piqua City Schools for 7 years before becoming a stay-at-home to 3 sweet boys, Cannon, Carter, and Cayson. Stacey enjoys spending time with her boys, organizing, and traveling.
Stacey continues to lead the Mothers of Preschoolers Group as a volunteer and is also the Special Projects Team Leader, coordinating and leading various strategic projects at The Valley, including the Campus Pastor Assessment held annually on our campuses with candidates from all over the country.
