Kira has a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Urbana University. She has attended The Valley for 12 years and has served in every kid’s area from the nursery to the preschool and elementary areas and now enjoys serving with her husband in the Youth ministry on Wednesday nights. Kira currently spends much of her days homeschooling their four kids and investing in other homeschool families through directing with the homeschool group Classical Conversations. As the Playground Coordinator at The Valley, Kira is responsible for scheduling events in the playground area and assisting the guests as needed during their event. Kira has a passion for children of all ages and enjoys investing in them and their families as they grow closer to God. Kira and her husband, Nick have four children: Calista, Jordan, Kyle, and Maeleigh.
