Dan is the Tech Champion at the Sidney Campus and is part of the launch team from Piqua. Dan worked with Jim Hill in Piqua to start this tech journey mixing sound and operating lighting for the Valley but this is Dan’s second church plant.
Dan has been focused on making the worship experience, along with the Worship and Pastoral teams, something that people will see and hear MUST magnify the Lord Jesus. Dan strives to recruit, train, and pray for each volunteer and their families. He is excited to mentor any volunteer who is willing to learn, grow in the tech ministry, serve Jesus through it and have some fun with technology that lifts up God. He loves that technology can be used to reach those who don’t yet know God.
“What you see and what you hear will form the impression others see about The Valley. That’s tech. It needs to reflect Jesus Christ and his salvation message. It also needs to welcome the lost to know they have an answer.”
Dan is a graduate of University of Cincinnati in 2003 with a Bachelors of Applied Science in Information Technology. He lives in Piqua, Ohio with his wife Danielle, four of his six kids (two of which are adults) and has one grand daughter.
