Conner Dappert

Conner Dappert joined the staff at The Valley Church in August, 2026. He holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Christian Ministries with a concentration in Youth and Family Ministries from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Conner just graduated from Mount Vernon Nazarene University in May, 2026, but has been involved in the Church since he was a young child. He is passionate about sharing the Gospel with children, teens, and their families and equipping them to in turn share it with those they interact with every day! At The Valley, his role is to support the mission, vision, and values of The Valley by pouring himself into the children and families of children in Shelby County! Conner is married to Becca Dappert, a remote Social Media and Marketing Coordinator for a church in the Columbus area. He enjoys playing video games, building Legos, and watching Star Wars.
