DESCRIPTION:We are excited for Fall Retreat 2026! This is an incredible weekend for our middle and high school teens to encounter God through worship and spiritual disciplines while building meaningful relationships with leaders and one another. \nBelow you will find everything you need to know about this year’s retreat\, including transportation\, registration\, payment\, and packing information. \nRETREAT DETAILS \n\nDates: November 6–8\, 2026\nLocation: Cross Oak Camp and Conference Center\, 272 Jack Oak Road\, St. Marys\, OH 45885\nWho Can Attend: Teens currently in 6th–12th grade.\n\nCHECK-IN & PICKUP \n\nFriday Check-In: Teens will check in from 4:30–4:45 PM at: The Valley Church\, Piqua Campus\, 1400 Seidel Parkway\, Piqua\, OH\nSunday Pickup: Teens will return to The Valley Church\, Piqua Campus for pickup at 12:30 PM on Sunday.\nTransportation: Valley Teens will travel by bus/van from The Valley Church\, Piqua Campus to Cross Oak Camp and back.\nPlease Note: Dinner will not be provided Friday night. Teens should eat dinner before arriving at the church for check-in.\n\nWHAT TO EXPECT \n\nFall Retreat is designed to create space for teens to grow deeper in their relationship with God. Fall Retreat is designed for teens who don’t know anything about Jesus yet creates depth to challenge and encourage those who are already following Jesus.\nIn addition to spiritual growth\, we create moments of FUN at Fall Retreat. Some of our activities include an American Ninja Warrior Course\, Mud-Zone\, 50-ft Slip N Slide\, Archery Tag\, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg!\n\nREGISTRATION & COST \n\nEarly Registration — Deadline: October 12\n\nTeens: $145\nAdults: $95\n\n\nRegular Registration — Deadline: October 19\n\nTeens: $170\nAdults: $125\n\n\nRegistering by October 12 saves $25 per person. Space may be limited\, so we encourage families to register as soon as possible.\nClick this link to register for Fall Retreat: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfK7s3k-9SlCJj9ZKnN1jQhQhfQRZC3BoSIKMpnulNEYMzaqA/viewform\n\nPAYMENT \n\nUpon completing registration\, Pastor Jayden from the Troy Campus will send you the balance and payment link.\n\nWHAT IS INCLUDED \nYour teen’s registration includes: \n\nAll retreat sessions and activities\nFood (Saturday breakfast through Sunday breakfast).\nLate-night snacks\nFall Retreat T-shirt\nTransportation\n\nWHAT TO BRING \nTeens should bring: \n\nBible\nWriting utensil\nClothes for the weekend\nClothing appropriate for a variety of weather conditions\nExtra cash for the snack shack\nLaundry bag\nToiletries\nBed linens\nTowels\nOther normal overnight necessities\nMedicine\nSome sleeping areas are separate from the shower facilities\, so please plan accordingly.\n\nWHAT NOT TO BRING \n\nTeens should not bring weapons\, drugs\, alcohol\, tobacco or vaping products\, fireworks\, unnecessary electronics\, or other inappropriate items.\nTeens will not be permitted to drive during the retreat. Any teen who drives a vehicle during the event will be sent home.\nTeens are held to a high code of conduct that they read and sign before going to Fall Retreat. Breaking that code of conduct will result in that teen being sent home from Fall Retreat.\nRetreat leadership reserves the right to confiscate inappropriate items until the end of the event.\n\nREFUND POLICY \n\nBecause certain retreat expenses must be paid in advance\, full refunds cannot be provided.\nCancellations made more than two weeks before the retreat will be responsible for a $50 payment.\nCancellations made less than two weeks before the retreat will be responsible for the full registration cost.
