DESCRIPTION:During the 9:15 and 11:00 morning services \nBaptism is an outward act of obedience that represents the inward change that God has already worked in your life when you said yes to a relationship with Him. Baptism shows the redeeming power of God\, and tells the world we have been made new! It represents our sinful life being washed clean because of our faith in Jesus. – Romans 6:4 \n‍For those who have chosen to follow Jesus\, a great next step of obedience is to be baptized. We celebrate baptism in our worship services. This is a great day to invite your friends and family as you publicly commit your life to following Jesus. \nTo prepare for this day\,  we offer an eight-week one-on-one Bible Study called the Journey. DESCRIPTION:Teenagers in grades 6th-12th! Looking to grow closer to God\, have fun as a group\, and serve your community? Then join us for Community Day on October 22nd from 2:00pm-7:00pm as we serve the community through a food drive\, followed by dinner\, and a night of worship at The Valley Church. \nHow to sign up? Sign up by texting the keyword “Community” to 937-400-3045 or emailing Pastor Taylor! The deadline to sign up is October 19th. By signing up you help us know how many vehicles we need for transportation\, how much food to provide for dinner\, and what supplies we will need for serving. \nWhat are we doing? We will be meeting at the church at 2:00pm and then we will break off into groups to do our service project by collecting food for the holiday season for the food banks in need. After that\, we will return to the church for dinner and some worship! This is a great way to serve the community and build community with your friends!
